Kinshasa , August 11, 2026 (TOP243NEWS).- President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, officially launched on Tuesday the construction of the new Dr Étienne Tshisekedi wa Mulumba Boulevard in Kinshasa, as part of efforts to modernize the capital’s road infrastructure. Stretching 2,020 metres, the new road will extend Triomphal Boulevard to Bakayawu Square in the municipality of Bandalungwa, passing notably through the Lieutenant-Colonel Kokolo military camp.
