DRC:Jacquemain Shabani Hands Over the 2026 Political Year Ministerial Directive to Political Parties
Kinshasa, August 4, 2026 (TOP243NEWS) – The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Security, Decentralization and Customary Affairs, Jacquemain Shabani Lukoo Bihango, on Tuesday in Kinshasa officially presented the 2026 Political Year Ministerial Directive to leaders of political parties and coalitions from both the ruling majority and the opposition.
The ceremony, organized by the General Secretariat in charge of Relations with Political Parties, forms part of the government's institutional consultation framework with political organizations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
