Conduite auprès du Chef du Gouvernement par le Ministre de l'intégration régionale et de la Francophonie, Didier Mazenga Mukanzu, cette délégation est venue non seulement présenter ses civilités au Premier Ministre mais aussi renouveler le soutien et l'accompagnement de l'OIF dans l'organisation des 9èmes jeux de la Francophonie que la RDC devra abriter en 2023.
