
Kinshasa, June 27, 2026 (TOP243NEWS).-President Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo chaired the 93rd Cabinet meeting on Friday at the African Union City in Kinshasa.
The meeting focused primarily on assessing the country’s security and public health emergencies, as well as monitoring the implementation of several strategic national infrastructure projects.
During the session, the Government reviewed the ongoing response to the Bundibugyo strain of the Ebola virus, which continues to affect eastern parts of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
The Cabinet also examined the impact of the occupation of certain territories by the AFC/M23/RDF coalition on the implementation of several foreign trade projects financed by the World Bank.
In addition, ministers were briefed on the key innovations introduced for the regular session of the 59th National State Examination (Examen d’État) and the National Short-Cycle Examination Board, as part of the Government’s reforms aimed at improving the quality, transparency, and credibility of the country’s national assessment system.
