Brazzaville, Aug. 10, 2026 (TOP243NEWS).- Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) President Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo held talks on Monday in Brazzaville with his counterpart from the Republic of Congo, Denis Sassou N’Guesso, during a meeting focused on bilateral relations and a number of issues of common interest. The two heads of state held a one-on-one meeting during which they reviewed several bilateral matters as well as issues of a multilateral nature, according to information released following the talks. The meeting comes as Kinshasa and Brazzaville seek to maintain and strengthen their cooperation, based in part on their geographical proximity, historical ties and shared interests between the two Central African countries.
