Ndola,June 25,2026 (TOP243NEWS).-After an outstanding performance at the 59th edition of the Ndola International Trade Fair in Zambia, where the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) stood out through the Industry Promotion Fund (FPI) by winning the Best Exhibitor Award, attention is now turning to the 60th edition, scheduled to take place from July 1 to 4, 2026, in Ndola.

Last year, the FPI pavilion showcased a wide range of manufactured products from Congolese companies, highlighting the country’s growing local industrial transformation and the potential of the Made in Congo brand.

The award strengthened the DRC’s image as an emerging industrial player in the region while opening new opportunities for partnerships and investment.
What is the Ndola International Trade Fair?.

Officially known as the Zambia International Trade Fair (ZITF), the Ndola International Trade Fair is Zambia’s largest trade and industrial exhibition. Established in 1957 during the British colonial era, it was initially created to promote the region’s agricultural, mining, and industrial sectors. Following Zambia’s independence in 1964, it evolved into a major international platform dedicated to trade promotion, investment, and economic cooperation.

Held annually in Zambia’s Copperbelt Province, the ZITF attracts exhibitors from dozens of countries. Beyond the mining sector, it showcases agribusiness, infrastructure, manufacturing, technology, tourism, and other strategic industries.

Owing to its proximity to the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the fair also serves as a key business hub for Congolese companies-particularly those from the Greater Katanga region-seeking to build partnerships and expand commercial opportunities.

With only a few days remaining before the opening of this year’s edition, one question is on everyone’s mind: Which Congolese company will stand out this year and proudly raise the DRC’s flag?.

Driven by innovation, product quality, and the ambition to conquer regional markets, competition is expected to be fierce. Congolese businesses will once again have the opportunity to demonstrate their expertise and prove that the DRC’s industrial potential continues to grow.

See you in Ndola to discover the next Congolese champion at one of the region’s leading trade exhibitions.
